Salisbury Village Test Fit.

Housing Feasibility Study, 2022

Salisbury Village is a new project that explores the use of the site and community oriented approaches to designing the site. One main goal for this project was to create enjoyable pedestrian connections and safe walking spaces.

Option 1 was the first draft of this project, focused on maximizing the parking for residential apartments on the site with as little cost as possible. This means there is the least amount of parkades possible.

Option 2 focuses on creating a community center on the site between building A and C. This option uses the grocery store space from the first option to allow for more housing on the site.

Option 3 combines the first two options and allows for a community center and grocery store on the site. Most of the sites parking is underground in parkades.
