WASHROOM/LAUNDRY, 2022

This is a part of a big ongoing project, where the clients had an existing powder room and a large laundry room. It was proposed that we would switch the placement of the rooms so that there is less demolition and moving of walls. The plans above show the existing layout as well as the two layouts presented in the final proposal.
