Housing massing feasibility study, 2022

Grandin Parc Village is a mixed-use feasibility study. The bottom floor is CRUs and the floors above are comprised of residential units. After multiple iterations this is the most promising of the options precented. This option provides above ground parking for the retail units and underground parking for the residential users. The middle boulevard provides a friendly space for geared towards pedestrian access.
